Our homemade ice cream starts right here on our farm, using fresh milk from our own Holstein and Jersey cows.
Holsteins provide clean, smooth milk, while Jersey milk adds a naturally rich, creamy texture—together creating ice cream that’s exceptionally flavourful and velvety.
Made in small batches with simple ingredients, our ice cream reflects the care we put into our animals, delivering a truly farm-fresh taste in every scoop.
When eating our ice cream you can really taste the creaminess which is the staple of our ice cream.
